Rights and liabilities of grantees

The financial support for PhD students consists of:

a)scholarship in the amount of 1800 RON per month;

b) additional scholarship for the internship mobility abroad (only for grantees, when driving in second or third year of doctoral studies cycle) amounting to more than 2400 RON per month;

c) reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs for internship mobility, participation in workshops / summer schools organized under the project and participation in national and international conferences that contributes to the project indicators;

d) award of 3200 RON for exceptional work granted for two PhD students scholarships who published the most ISI works.

The financial support for postdoctoral researchers consists of:

a) postdoctoral fellowship in the amount of 3700 RON per month;

b) reimbursement of travel and accommodation for internship mobility, participation in workshops / summer schools organized under the project and participation in national and international conferences that contribute to the project indicators;

c) award of 3200 RON for exceptional work granted for two postdoctoral researchers who published the most ISI works.

Along with these benefits, doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers have the following rights:

a) access to training activities, scientific advice and tutorials for research;

b) access to adequate research facilities, material resources for research activities within the project, libraries and specialized documentary database of the coordinating and partner institutions in the project;

c) support in disseminating the research results (publication of the research results by selection, facilitating the participation in conferences, etc.);

d) web support for research and communication.

The main general liabilities of the grantee are:

a) to carry forward the proposed research project;

b) to avoid double funding.The grantees will be able to use only the funds from the project for the research topic provided in the grant agreement;

c) to use goods and available material resources only for the project research;

d) to participate in activities organized within the project (international conference, workshops, summer schools and other training activities, etc.);

e) to prepare monthly activity reports to which supporting documents regarding the fulfillment of contractual liabilities will be attached;

f) to submit a progress report to the periodic evaluation workshop held every five months;

g) to report the completion of contract research, to which supporting documents regarding the fulfillment of contractual liabilities will be attached;

Specific liabilities on grantees categories are the following:

 To doctoral students enrolled in the first year of doctoral studies for 2011-2012:

a) presentation of at least two papers at national and international conferences;

b) publishing at least one scientific paper in a journal indexed in ISI or international databases;

c)thesis completion and submission of a certificate certifying the submission to specialized services of the institution organizing the doctoral studies until the end of the period for awarding the doctoral scholarship;

d) submission to the project Secretariat of a copy of the Minister’s order granting the title of doctor and a copy of the PhD diploma, when these documents will be issued.

 To doctoral students enrolled in the first year of doctoral studies for 2012-2013 or 2013-2014:

a) presentation of at least two papers at scientific conferences, one of which international;

b) publishing at least one scientific paper in a journal indexed in ISI or international databases;

c) participation with at least one scientific study in one of the collective volumes published under the project.

d) submission to the project Secretariat of a copy of the Minister’s order granting the title of doctor and a copy of the PhD diploma, when these documents will be issued.

 To postdoctoral fellows:

a) presentation of at least two papers at scientific conferences, one of which international;

b) publishing at least one scientific paper in a journal indexed in ISI or international databases;

c) participation with at least one scientific study in one of the collective volumes published under the project.
